Erick Monroy Joins BCAP Staff as Atlas Program Prevention Services Coordinator

BCAP is excited to announce that Erick Monroy has joined BCAP staff in the role of Atlas Program Prevention Services Coordinator!


Erick was born and raised in Silt, Colorado, a rural town near Glenwood Springs, where his family lives and runs El Sazon de Jalisco, a food truck specializing in Mexican cuisine and known for its churros! Founder of El Sazon de Jalisco, Erick and his family recently were recognized with Best Local Food Truck and Best Local Taco by Glenwood Springs Post Independent.


Erick is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S. in Accounting and Information Management. With community at the forefront of his life, he held several leadership positions in community work, including President of the Latine Student Alliance and Program Manager of Latino Professional Alliance, at CU Boulder. Erick enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking, especially handmade tortillas.


Erick is very excited to join BCAP staff, provide Prevention Services and coordinate Atlas, all in service of BCAP's mission.
