Emily Draving is BCAP's New Care Services Director

BCAP is excited to announce that Emily Draving will join BCAP staff as Care Services Director on July 6, 2026.

Born and raised in Colorado and a CU Boulder alumnus, Emily holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work.

Emily's professional experience includes human services and technology, spanning community crisis management at Boulder County Housing and Human Services and technical support and software program management.

Returning to her social work roots as BCAP's Care Services Director is a deliberate and exciting choice for Emily, who is honored to bring her operational leadership and clinical expertise to the mission she loves.

As a BCAP volunteer since 2019, Emily enjoyed supporting BCAP's Jack Hodges Food Pantry to help keep it well-stocked with nutritious options from Community Food Share. Emily also enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, reading comic books, and playing board/video games.
