BCAP focuses financial and in-kind resources on providing comprehensive, client-centered Care Services for persons living with HIV and Prevention Services for persons living with or at risk of acquiring HIV and/or hepatitis C. The Agency operates out of two offices with locations in the cities of Boulder and Longmont and primarily serves Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and Clear Creek Counties. In 2018, BCAP devoted 81% of the Agency’s resources to direct program services – meeting or exceeding all service goals.
 
Since its enactment in 1990, the Ryan White CARE Act has been BCAP’s largest source of government revenue. Other revenue sources include, but are not limited to, local governments, corporations, foundations, faith-based organizations, individual donors and special events.
