BCAP Welcomes Sara Finesilver to the Board of Directors!
Sara Finesilver, M.S., is a strategic governance and human resource consultant with experience designing and implementing organizational and board development programs, strategic planning initiatives, behavior-based competency models, CEO succession planning, and performance assessments at the board and senior executive level. She has worked with a wide range of corporate and non-profit clients from a variety of industries, including health, social services, education, performing arts, oil and gas, manufacturing and transportation.
Sara was an adjunct faculty member of the Psychology department at San Francisco State University where she taught the Psychology of Motivation. She has also been certified as a Social Fitness Facilitator by the Heroic Imagination Project, founded by Dr. Phil Zimbardo of the Stanford Prison Study. Sara earned her B.A. in Psychology at Lake Forest College, where she also played varsity ice hockey, and a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, at San Francisco State University.
